Four digitally animated mosquitos participated in the chorus of the song "Shiver My Timbers" in the film Muppet Treasure Island. The computer animated insects were created by Jim Henson's Creature Shop using the HDPS technology. The CG characters were created by Hal Bertram and Karen Halliwell.
