Lagoon is a young green alien created for the series Laugh Pad.

In the test footage produced for Laugh Pad Lagoon is shown discovering a pair big of shoes and having the idea to drive around the beach in one. Tammy joins him, and the two race their shoe cars down the beach and through a loop.
